Medium to large tender skinned dark red fruit is juicy and has a pleasant sub-acid flavor. Late ripening and hangs on a long time making for an extended season of fresh harvesting. Large vigorous bush is very productive. Originated by E. Y. Teas about 1877 in Irvington, Indiana.
