Wild Clematis (Clematis ligusticifolia)

Also known as Western Virgin"s Bower. Many fragrant pure white flowers cover this strong growing vine in spring and summer later followed by a showy seedpod. Will cover a fence or bank and is drought-tolerant once established. Zones 5-9.
