Sacajawea

Sacajawea is an abundant producer of very high quality kernels that ripen early in the season. Beautiful compact landscape plant has excellent resistance to eastern filbert blight. Another great variety from the filbert breeding program at Oregon State University Sacajawea was released in 2006 and has been hailed for its exceptionally high quality nuts that are considered equal to the best Italian strains.
