Champion Gooseberry

Champion (aka Oregon Champion) gooseberries boast a classic yellow-green American jam,pie and wine variety that is very productive with large, good quality tart fruit. Ripens early and holds it color well when preserved. Vigorous, mildew resistant bush grows 3 to 5 feet tall. Originated in Salem, OR in the late 1800's.
