Baldwin Black Currant

Once the main commercial variety in England the Bladwin variety is thought to be over 150 years old. Still grown on a reduced scale today for its large, mild flavored, meaty and juicy high vitamin C fruit that ripen at the same time for easy picking. The medium sized compact shrub is good for fitting into the small garden.
