Ivan's Beauty (Likurnaya)

A beautiful small tree growing 10 or 12 feet high, Ivan's Beauty is adorned with large clusters of pink-tinged white flowers in the spring, followed by abundant bunches of dark purple edible fruit about the size of pie cherries in the fall. Tasty fruit is good for jams and juices, and is prized by birds too. A cross of Mountain Ash and Aronia it is very adaptable to soil types and hardy zones 3-9.
