Fuzzy Kiwi (Actinidia deliciosa)

This large fuzzy skinned Kiwi is the type regularly found in grocery stores. Bright green flesh is sweet and exotically delicious, especially when left to ripen fully on the vine. Fruits ripen late in November and store for many months in a cool place. Great winter season fresh fruit is very high in Vitamin C. Vigorous and productive vines are excellent for covering an arbor or can be grown on a trellis or fence. Beautiful red fuzzy shoots dangling large creamy white flowers, followed by lush summer foliage and rust colored fruits make it an attractive plant in the landscape. Pest and disease free. Need one Male plant to pollinate female varieties. Zones 7-9.
